Item Requirements
What we accept and what we cannot accept for consignment
What We Accept
- Authentic designer handbags (Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, etc.)
- Luxury watches (Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Patek Philippe, etc.)
- Fine jewelry (Cartier, Tiffany, Van Cleef & Arpels, etc.)
- Designer shoes and accessories
- Items in excellent to good condition
- Items with original packaging and documentation (preferred)
- Vintage and limited edition pieces
What We Don't Accept
- Non-authentic or replica items
- Items that fail authentication
- Heavily damaged or worn items
- Items with significant stains, tears, or odors
- Non-luxury or fast fashion brands
- Items with broken hardware that cannot be repaired
- Counterfeit documentation or certificates
1. Consignment Period
The initial consignment period is 90 days from the date of listing. After 90 days:
- You may renew the consignment for another 90-day period
- We may suggest a price reduction to facilitate sale
- You may request return of your item
2. Pricing Authority
While we provide pricing recommendations based on market data:
- Final listing price is mutually agreed upon
- Price reductions require consignor approval
- We may suggest promotional pricing for special events
3. Item Care & Responsibility
We take responsibility for your items while in our possession:
- Items are stored in climate-controlled, secure facilities
- Items are insured while in our custody
- Professional handling and photography
- We are not liable for normal wear during display
4. Payment Terms
Payouts processed within 5-7 business days after sale completion.
- Payment via bank transfer (preferred) or GCash/Maya
- Monthly statements provided for all active consignments

Direct deposit to your Philippine bank account. Processing time: 2-3 business days.
GCash
Instant transfer to your GCash wallet. Maximum per transaction: ₱100,000.
