Yes, absolutely. Every item featured on A-List Avenue is personally selected and purchased from physical stores by our CEO, Ms. Rei. Each piece is carefully chosen to ensure authenticity, quality, and timeless value.
Yes, we have a showroom located at Lot 2 Block 19 Corner San Jose St, MacArthur Hwy, Angeles City, Pampanga, Philippines. Our showroom is open Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM. Sunday visits are by appointment only. We encourage clients to schedule an appointment for a personalized viewing experience.

Every item undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication process by our team of experts.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, PayMaya, and cash payments at our showroom.

A 30% down payment (inclusive of shipping fee) is required to reserve the item.
Down payment is stricltly non-refundable and will be automatically forfeited if the order is cancelled or if didn;t manage to pay in 2 months.
3 Months - No Interest
A monthly add-on fee may apply (depending on the item).
Items will be shipped only after fulll payment is complete
Shipping & Handling
Metro Manila deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 business days. Provincial deliveries take 3-5 business days. International shipments take 5-10 business days depending on the destination. All orders are shipped via insured courier with tracking.
Shipping is available within the Philippines only.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. A restocking fee of 10% applies to all returns except for authenticity claims. Visit our Returns page for full details.
Yes, exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the desired item. The same condition requirements apply as returns. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team through Viber. You will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Returns without authorization will not be processed.
